They rectified all hidden issues that emerged and we ended up with a lovely fireplace and original cottage finish to the walls in keeping with the age of the property. Graham1 StarQuoted me £1200 for laying a concrete slab in the garden on which to place a garden cabin. They miscalculated the quantities of materials so ended up charging £1500. I didn't have a quote in writing so I couldn't really argue. The slab was required to be flat, but has a slope. The back is 110mm lower than the front. I called them about this, but was told that I asked for it to be made sloped. I did not. This meant I had to spend extra money on materials and half a day's work to sort this out.
