My Mother in law collected my medication today as I have to self isolate for 3 months due to health reasons. I am also diabetic, so I am exempt from prescription charges to which was stated to the person serving my mother in law on my behalf. The lady serving was rude and would not allow my mother in law to collect the tablets I need, but she stated that she had collected these for me at other times. May I suggest that for future you check your system where you will see I am exempt as this is clearly shown on your computer records. I am disappointed in the way this was handled by a member of your staff and feel they obviously need more customer service training. I appreciate these are difficult times for everyone in the retail sector at the moment, but a better attitude would be more acceptable, as I also work in retail and would not dream of treating a customer in this fashion.

Tried calling to confirm availability of photo printing in store. No one bothered to answer the phone. Fair enough as perhaps they were busy. Drove down there. Not overly busy but the machine was malfunctioning. Not their fault either but when I suggested solutions it was met with disinterest and a try another time. Pretty poor really. Don't bother going here. Try elsewhere.

During these difficult times, a lovely lady couldnt do enough to help my grandad who had completely ran out of his heart medication. the lady I spoke to organised his prescription from codes provided and had it all ready less than 2 hours later!! Super lady, and very much appreciated. I'm very sorry I didnt get your name.
