Welcome to Body & Sole! My name is Tanya and I live in Buntingford with my husband and 2 children. I first became interested in reflexology 20+ years ago when I received reflexology during a stressful period in my life and found it hugely beneficial. However, work and 'life' took over and I didn't have the opportunity to study for my reflexology diploma until 11 years ago whilst bringing up my young children. Since passing my Diploma in Reflexology I have gone on to gain my Certificate in Body Massage and study further courses including Maternity Reflexology (preconception, pregnancy and postnatal), Pregnancy Massage and Spinal Reflexology. I am also a qualified Foot Health Practitioner with a Diploma in Foot Health which allows me to cut nails, treat corns and callus, thickened nails, fungal nails and verruca.My treatment room is based in Buntingford, Hertfordshire and is a short distance from Hertford, Ware, Stevenage, Bishops Stortford and Royston. Have just had a reflexology treatment with Tanya, and then a back massage. Both were brilliant, very relaxing and calming. Would recommend and look forward to going back soon.
