Do not get your parcels delivered here!!! I went to collect a parcel which was apparently delivered yesterday and was told by the owner he refused it as he has fallen out with Hermes! Leaves me a in pretty awkward position as Hermes are impossible to get hold of and who knows where my parcel is now! Luckily I've been able to get a new parcel sent by the company but best to AVOID!

So I went today to drop off my vinted parcel, as I do most weeks if I sell something. No problems usually, until today. The parcel was scanned and I got the tracking information. The man (I take it the owner) said......put it on the window ledge using a run along hand gesture. I look at him and took it. He then said 'dont look at me just take it'. I replied excuse me. Don't look at me like that and take it. I said I'm not your staff member I am a customer. How dare you speak to me like that. He said I don't care about these parcels I can't make money. I said well don't offer the service then. And If you had said, please can you put the parcel over there I would have done so with no problems. He continued to shout at me so I swore at him and walked out. Very rude, very arrogant man. AVOID

Rude staff and actually slammed the phone down on me. Refused to take my parcel for Hermes which was well under the max weight and size. Avoid if you can.
