The manager was really understanding and explained to me what she thought had happened and what they would do to help. The manager put my hair and trust into Molly's hands and I have to say I've never been happier. I like that they also build up points for each visit and then you can redeem them at another appointment! Its a nice touch.Monday 8th August 2022
