Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience like many others have shared here. I received my order in time however upon arrival my biscuits had finger/thumb prints and dents in, the piping work looked rushed as it was so messy and was to a very low standard. The biscuits also had a very gritty texture and weren’t pleasant to eat. The customer service I received upon my request to return them and have a refund was very disappointing and unprofessional. Dina was rude and very hard to communicate with. Once I returned my item she then proceeded to make rude remarks and videos about me on her social media- Instagram.
