- No suitable frames available.
- Paid for top lenses and two pairs were 'not fit for purpose'
- No proper complaint procedures or satisfactory solution offered to try and retain existing patients.
- Ushered into a side room and challenged.
- Your better going to another optician as staff were also rude.
