Welcome To Big Top Toys!We have moved our Bakewell shop just around the corner, to the former Track & Trail opposite Spar and look forward to seeing you there.We are a traditional, independent toyshop in Bakewell in the heart of the Peak District. Our aim is to delight both children and adults with our fantastic range of toys, games and jigsaws.Whether you are a local resident, day visitor or here for a longer stay, all are made welcome. Our greatest wish is that you leave Big Top Toys happy. We are proud to be major stockists of Lego, with a range of new and collectable Lego, a huge TY stand, Melissa & Doug, Schleich, Siku vehicles and a large range of Pokemon trading cards, plush toys and collectibles.We have a great range of jigsaw puzzles, including new ranges from Cobble Hill, Bluebird, Eurographics and Schmidt.We also have a larger store at Peak Village, Rowsley. This shop is now extended and sells greeting cards, gift bags and wrapping paper. A great location with free parking, good food and plenty of shops. Along with our usual toy brands and outdoor games we also stock sweets and cold drinks here - ideal if you are at the local campsites. Our shop at Peak Village stocks a much larger range of jigsaw puzzles than Bakewell - brands including a huge Gibsons, House of Puzzles and great kids puzzles as well as a huge selection of Ravensburger jigsaws with piece sizes of 100 up to 4000! Our latest stock additions include Lottie dolls and accessories, new Sylvanian Family as well as a large choice of board and card games including all the favourites - Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, Operation, Battleships and also more adult orientated games such as Ticket to Ride, Cards Against Humanity, Exploding Kittens and lots more.Bigjigs are a traditional British company making top quality wooden products for pretend play as well as preschool toys such as stackers, sorters, peg puzzles and floor puzzles. A quality toy shop. It is not a Toys R Us but I would find more toys to buy in the big Top. The lady owner is an enthusiast and has a good selection of jigsaw puzzles. We bought a Lego star wars Darth Vader Helmet Awesome.
