I've waited to submit this review due to my vehicle still being under warranty. What a poorly run buissness. I had taken my car to this after sales branch due to the paintwork on the car having mop swirls. Easy enough fix but not something you want when you've just spent 11k on a vehicle. Big Motoring world(BMW) accepted responsibility and at first everything was ok. Until I got my vehicle back after the visit(see photos). Obviously I complained and dealt with a female manager who couldn't care any less ! They promised they would fix the mop swirls which has been made 100x worse than they originally was ! Well after 3 more visits the issue was only made worse after each visit. I once again complained and was told BMW were no longer accepting responsibility for the damages they had made and I would have to sort it myself. I then went official and went through C.A.B and threatened to take it further. BMW then decided to use an external company who fixed the issues immediately. Absolute nightmare which cost me time off work.

Horrible people! I have never met a more corrupt company. They are perfect sales people but as soon as they see the money the car is your problem now. Since day 3 of my purchase I’ve been pointing out that there is something wrong with the car and I was requesting them to take it into their service and they refused. All they said was the car is fine. 5 months later I had to pay for diagnostics to make sure the car is safe for a long trip and they found a list of major problems which will cost me more than £2500. They are not taking any responsibility. They are dodging the emails and phone calls. And they pass you one to another with no point.

BUYER BEWARE!! I purchase my range rover sport from the Blue Bell Hill branch in November last year, I took out the extended warranty as Range Rovers are know to have faults, the salesman assured me that it is a fully comprehensive warranty which I paid an additional £1500 for the peace of mind. We're now six months down the line and the engine has failed along with the turbos racking up a bill of over £16000.00 which I am now being told the warranty will only cover a fraction of the cost. I feel absolutely gutted as this is the second car I have brought from them and the response I have had has in short 'tough luck'. I can't believe how they can run a business in this way, I feel I have been miss sold and miss treated by Big motoring world.

Very very slow, was not seen at appointment time. Wasted my whole day to be told to come back another day. The car has to go to a specialist for radio change for 4-5 days it would have been better for them just to change the system over

BY ALL MEANS AVOID THIS COMPANY. The worst I have not come across a company this troublesome and stressful. I have only had my Audi A3 for less then 2 months and it has been with Big Motoring World Snoodland Garage since May 31st. They do not communicate properly they keep saying the specialist has it and have not even given me clear update on my vehicle, it is as if they have just stolen my car. I have been waiting on the phone to them numerous amount time for hours at times they just hang up as if they know its me ringing. They have not even given me a courtesy car. Ben Page is the worst guy to deal and also all his co workers.
