Well paced training in Coventry...Tutors were very knowledgeable and patiently addressed each one of us training together to assist with individual problems queries or issues. Will be looking forward to a refresher. Definitely commendable

My mother has just been changed to this agency in Feb and they have been fantastic ever since day 1. Myself and my family were feeling unsure about the change from the agency that had cared for her before, but these carers are brilliant, the same carer's come everyday so they know how my mum is or if she is showing any signs of illness or just not her usual self. They have sorted out a new bed and hoist and are always willing to help, Mel is A star she is always there to help, Selina is brillant and so caring and kind. I met Danai and Tracy today, he was very helpful and i really rate these people. Thank you all and keep doing a great job, it is much appreciated.
