Had a great customer service experience with BPI; they communicated clearly and in a timely manner. The work (renovation of three bathroom spaces- including an en-suite, family bath and cloakroom) was done in the timescales agreed, to a great standard and every member of the team were friendly and clean and tidy too! I would highly recommend Bicester Property Interiors.

Jake and his team have done an amazing, first class, totally professional job on our bathroom redesign. We are thrilled to bits with the final outcome. They are exceptional craftsman with great attention to detail and pride in their work. They were a true delight to have around the house for 2 weeks - a super team to have for home improvements! Jake and his team recently refurbished/renovated my bathroom, replacing the bath, shower screen and damaged tiling, matching it brilliantly with what was already there (and undamaged). They also changed the taps on the existing sink, put a new cover on the extractor fan and replaced the floor covering. Jake and his team did a brilliant job. They were easy to work with, did what they said they would and sorted out a few unexpected issues along the way. I thoroughly recommend them. Big thanks all round!

Engaged with BPI regarding a new kitchen I needed fitting in my end of terrace property. The kitchen is small, and I had already ripped up out the old kitchen to minimise the cost so overall the job should have been very straightforward. However...the job which was expected to take 12 days (already very long for a small kitchen installation) took 54 DAYS! I can summarise the project in the following points: - Poor communication from day 1. I had no contact for 12 days at one point. Despite the fact I had new tenants moving into a house with an unfinished kitchen there was no care or urgency at all. - The quality of the work carried out was poor/ok (appearing incomplete) that even after 54 days I have had to source local tradespeople to finish this very expensive headache. I.e extractor fan not properly fitted, large gaps between my worktop and wall, the worktop being supported by a wedge of cardboard and the plug sockets needing refitted. The fact I had to keep chasing for small remedial works to be finished throughout was frustrating as I was expecting the job to be managed much better given the price I was paying. Managed to cut my losses in the end and receive some money back for the huge headache this caused and discounting my angry tenants. The fact I had to ask for this shows poor customer service and an obvious disconnect between the company and their customer. I haven't saved any money despite the above. The job started in early May. Its now August and I am left with a kitchen that needs additional work, very angry tenants and no money. Despite some glowing reviews I was left very disappointed and despite the glowing Google reviews I would advise prospective customers to proceed with caution.
