So happy Bespoke Bathing, we love our walk-in shower! It looks amazing. Bespoke Bathing listened to what we needed and delivered! Excellent fitters and the actual shower base and doors and shower fitting are high quality. Thank you Bespoke made showering much easier. We even had room to wash the muddy dogs in!

Very disappointing so far. On 11 February the salesman visited and offered a start date of 4 April to my father but only if my father paid a deposit of £3,450 immediately. He needed the bathroom conversion to be completed swiftly so paid this deposit on that day. On the due start date (4 April) he was ready for the workers to arrive but was notified on the phone that the work could not start until 25 April. Since then my father received an email from Judy Cox (of Customer Services) stating that the work could not start until 6 June. Having wasted two months (when we could have found a reliable contractor) Bespoke Bathrooms seem content to be sitting on the deposit money, in the knowledge that they also require 90% of the entire sales price to be paid before any work starts. Looking carefully through the other reviews a few themes emerge: promises (especially on timings) not kept, poor communications and failure to rectify problems.

I have been waiting 5 and a half months for my shower room to be finished. The bath and basin were taken out on day one. I had no shower for nearly a month and I still don't have basin. I only have 1 bathroom. I had to use neighbours bathrooms. They covered the vents in the wall, disconnected my outdoor tap and covered over it. The ceiling panels were dirty. When will it be finished? It's causing me stress. And I have paid it in full. I think I should have a refund. I'm looking at getting a company that actually cares and gets the work done to finish the job, but sadly I can't afford it. The company have assured me that my shower room will be finished next week. My shower has been leaking when I called to let them know they told that they would give me a date and time before the end of the day. I had to call them back days later to ask them. I was told they spoke to my husband which I don't have. Then she admitted she forgot to tell me. I was assured that they would repaire it today. Just called to find out what time they will be arriving. I was told they are just looking at it. I hope that it's sorted quickly. But I'm not holding my breath.

Appalling behaviour and scummy on another level. To speak highly of yourselves about claiming to help disable people be more mobile and independent, yet so quick to scam them out of their money and not turning up to a job because your not BOTHERED is outrageous. You don’t want to do a job thats fine don't promise things and take a job on if your going to move half hearted afterwards. If this was a lie you would’ve responded in the correct manner as you claim to be such a reputable company however you have chosen to silence yourself and not respond to the situation which says enough itself. We look forward to hearing from your legal team and wish you the best because i assure you the evidence against yourselves is not looking in your favour. Have a lovely day.

Just at mum's house and wanted to give a thumbs up to Bespoke Bathing. Her new bathroom is just perfect and we couldn't be happier. There were lots of designs to choose from and all great quality. We spent a little more than originally planned, but easy to get carried away! Great value all told. Mum loved having Richard and Warren working here. They kept everywhere very tidy and were super friendly too. Would definitely recommend!
