I cannot recommend Bermudez + Mai enough. They were able to make the most of our ground floor by redesigning the existing layout and planning our new large extension - creating a space that works perfectly for our family. I wanted to create a new hub of the home - they listened to our needs and delivered a design I would never have thought of - it exceeded my expectations! They handled the planning application and acted as our agent with the local authorities (which was a big relief). They over looked the project until completion, giving us peace of mind with quality control. More than happy with their services.

Having had bad experiences with companies in the past it was very important for us to have the right people work on our home. We engaged Bermudez + Mai to reconfigure our house plans. We had a planning permission in place from the previous owner, but we felt the layout could be a lot better. Bermudez + Mai swiftly gave us several options to choose from which were a massive improvement from the ones we had. They listened to our concerns and delivered our ideal home. Since finalising our layout they have project- managed the Building Regulations for us, ensuring all the consultants are appointed and liaising with Building Control on our behalf.
