For a small charge of £20, our delivery team will unpack and fully assemble your new divan bed plus assemble and fit your new headboard (if purchased and delivered with your bed). We'll also clear away all unwanted packaging and recycle it to ensure you're ready for a good night's sleep. This service is only available for divan beds. Online and telephone orders can be returned within 14 days of your delivery, providing you have the original packaging. For store orders: If you don't find your new bed comfortable after sleeping on it for 40 nights (within 8 weeks of delivery) we'll exchange it as long as you have used a mattress protector. We visited Bensons for Beds in Folkestone today to buy a new mattress. It was a very pleasant experience! We were looked after by Paul who is a skilled salesman, super professional and friendly. He quickly established our preferences and showed us a number of suitable mattresses to give us the widest range of choice. The purchasing process was quick and we look forward to our new mattress arriving. We were particularly happy that we had a wide choice of British made mattresses, and the removal of the old mattress which is then fully recycled was an affordable add-on, as was the cover plan which seems very good value for money. Would highly recommend this store .

I paid extra for an am delivery knowing that I was away on the delivery day and had asked a neighbour to take the delivery on my behalf. The delivery did not take place until after 2:30pm In addition to this I was assured that we would be called 20-30 minutes prior to the arrival of the delivery. This did not happen. We received the call when the delivery driver arrived at our address. This call coincided directly with my neighbour collecting their child from school and they had to rush back to take delivery as the driver stated he could not wait for more than 15 minutes. All said and done, the delivery took place but the whole experience was not without stress and worry I am expecting a refund for the additional ‘am’ delivery slot that did not take place

Extremely disappointing experience with Bensons for Beds. On the 6th February I visited Folkestone and made a purchase for £1463.97 which was for 1 bed and 2 mattresses. We were given quite a long date of 9 weeks which we agreed to for the 13th April. The day before the delivery I was informed that my order will be delivered on time but without the headboard. After taking the day off work and taken down my bed that morning I got a call from the delivery man to say he was on his way with only one divan so no mattresses. I had to tell the van driver to take it back as I have no use of a divan with no mattress. I instantly went to Folkestone Benson for Beds branch, on arrival the only staff there was Assistant Manager. I asked if he could help me but told me to wait 5 mins whilst he was putting sale signs outside. Once he did get round to speak to me, I explained the situation and great disappointment however the only assistance he could give me was that he could email Customer care on my behalf. I then explained to him the urgency of my problem due to now not having any beds for me and my family to sleep in again fell on death ears!

I visited the Folkestone store and was amazed and surprised to find a choice of three vegan beds. Sam the assistant was very professional and friendly in explaining and helping me to choose a bed that I am looking forward to sleeping in. Thanks Sam.
