Karen Elsworth1 StarIf you want your relative to be de-skilled and institutionalised, then Benedicts Nursing Home will be perfect. Very poor nursing care by untrained staff. Language barriers and severe communication errors which only leads to a downward spiral of frustrated and angry families. Maybe apology after apology isn't really the answer to many complaint emails sent to them and other professional bodies including CQC!!!Friday 6th August 2021
