Jade Partington2 StarBella Vida hair offered a promotion of 20% off if booked with elisha during February, 25% off if you're a new customer. I made an appointment with elisha as a new customer and was told after my appointment that the promotion couldnt be applied to the full amount as I had used a lot of colour.
This is false advertising & very unprofessional.
I do not feel my hair is of a good standard which is reflected on their Instagram account seeing as my before and after pictures are omitted!Tuesday 25th February 2020
