Richard Wilson5 StarThis is a genuine review of our experience of a new replacement residential intruder alarm system we recently had installed.
We had excellent advice by Mark on the right type of system we went for a replacement rather then salvage a very elderly system, at a very reasonable cost compared to other companies. We now have a system that’s up to date and text/calls us when things happen and can control it by the app, so we don’t need to worry when going on holiday.
The service was excellent with installation guy pleasant and done an excellent job. There was one minor fault that happened a few days after installation and one call and they were back sorting it within a few hours.
If anyone wants a new system I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BTA. Their boxes are everywhere for a reason clearly!!Monday 22nd February 2021
