What a lovely chap to deal with, I rang him at 16:30, alas the office closes at 16:00 and left a message, he rang me back 5 minutes later as he was still in the office. I explained the issues I was having with my Free Sat box and he talked me through a few things to try which resulted in every thing back to normal and all working. I said you didn't earn a lot from me his reply was better than coming out and charging you a call out for 5 minutes work. So lovely to actually speak to a live person and not being asked to go on a web site to report and issue, big companies please take note, small is so much more personal. The engineer visited on the same day that I called, was able to solve my problem quickly and elegantly, and did a very tidy professional job. Highly recommended and I'll certainly be using them again for any future needs.

I was advised to call Bayfields Digital to help with a dish installation problem as I had been told that installation would be extremely difficult. Their engineer, Phil, arrived bright and early and took a look at the area and the supposed "problem". I was expecting a detailed survey, followed by a report as to the next steps and a future booking. In other words, a reasonably long drawn-out process. Instead, less than 1 hour later, I had a fully functioning Sky dish! No fuss, no drama, nothing other than efficient, diligent and friendly workmanship to an absolute first-class standard. This was followed up with by some correspondence with the office. There had been a slight administrative misunderstanding and this was dealt with by Chris in the same manner; polite, understanding and extremely helpful. It is unusual to come across a company with such high standards, both in the provision of services and also communication. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
