Poppy1 StarTerrible cattery, pens are far too close and whilst they are clean the welfare of the cats are not put first, my cat did not eat whilst there (not even a day before I moved her), the staff seemed to think that she had been fine. The staff are polite but they were lacking knowledge on cat welfare, small pens far too close together and didn’t ask for my cats vaccination record either.Monday 4th July 2022

Rang for an update to see how he was and they were very reassuring. The only thing is - book in for a groom before leaving. A bit smelly to say the least! Very reasonably priced.
