Jo Williams5 StarPhil is great! He comes and gives a free estimate, and does big and small jobs. He is very competitive in his pricing, we had our under cupboard lights replaced in the kitchen and he worked so cleanly you would barely know he'd been there. The job was carried out over a few days due to dependency on other tradesmen. Phil was really professional, explained everything and always punctual. Left a clean site. Absolutely superb job.
