Dwight Monroe1 StarBit of an odd one here, since I’ve had really good experiences with Billy in the past who seems like a nice guy and a really good hairdresser. The shop also seems to have very loyal customers judging from other reviews. However that was totally thrown out the window by my recent visit here when his brother, Sam, cut my hair instead. I have never had such a bad haircut from such a terrible hairdresser.
I walked into the shop without being greeted, as he sat on his phone and didn’t say anything to me. Once he finally sat me down he made it clear as day that he couldn’t be bothered. Every 5 minutes he kept going on his phone and at one point he actually started eating, a totally shocking experience from start to finish. Throughout the whole haircut I was also asked stupid questions for no apparent reason like “why did you let your hair grow so long?”. Does it matter? I won’t even go into detail about the over the top coughing either… we get it, you feel unwell. Maybe don’t go into work in that case.
A word of advice: when you’re cutting someone’s hair and charging money for it, maybe don’t talk about how much you’d rather be at home. It’s no surprise I ended up with a rubbish haircut. A hairdresser who can’t be bothered to cut hair is never going to be much good. The fact i paid for it is criminal.
