susan Wilcox5 Starbrilliant helpful staff took so much time and trouble today to ensure an urgent charitable donation reached India despite difficulties with incomprehensible Indian regulations . it was to help close friends where husband had been unable to work for a year and family had exhausted savings and they were in desperate need. Gail Littlejohn1 StarDon’t rely on its website for Sanquhar Bank of Scotland.Use Today for example.Looked online & it said that the Bank was open to 4:45pm.So I got ready & was there before 4:30pm.I checked the time & it was 4:26pm.The door was shut & they could see me standing outside frozen soaking wet.Had a look at what time they close & it said 4:30pm But they were still shut before 4:30pm.This has been happening a lot.I really needed to put money in my account as I need to pay a couple of things.Its not even open tomorrow even though the it says it on there website.They need to sort the times on there website as I’m not the only person who is sick of missing the Bank due to the times on the website are all wrong.Do they not understand that they Need to sort this out for the people who depend on them being open.Dont even open on a Saturday.Unbelivable trying to get things sorted before I end up with more Bank Charges.If there was another Nank in Sanquhar I would be using it.Not the Bank of Scotland............Friday 8th March 2019
