Literally the best garage service experience ever!! I broke down on the A1/M just before Scotch Corner on my way to a weekend in the Lakes... I rang @15-20 garages after the AA could not fix the problem and nobody could help until at least the following week which left me faced with being towed all the way home... then these absolute legends said they could fix my vehicle on the Saturday... to add to this they then called me back and said they would lend me a car for the weekend so I could still go on my trip!! Add to that, the tow truck didn't get me to their garage until half nine on a Friday night and they waited for me and even had the courtesy car warm for me!! Absolute Superstars!! Thank you! Ballantyne's provided excellent last minute assistance when my clutch failed whilst on holiday with family. Fitted new clutch in less than 24 hours from being towed to garage, working into the evening to get us on the road again. Amazing friendly service.
