Susan Taylor5 StarThere is only one problem with Bales Ash - the cats don't want to come home. Care is excellent, the cats get all the attention and love they would at home, ours never seem very pleased to see us they are so well looked after. Clean, warm, comfortable, well fed, medical needs if you have any taken care of, we wouldn't use anywhere else. AND apart from the needs of JR and Rufus they couldn't be more helpful and accommodating when we need to go somewhere suddenly - all round excellent care and service for cats and owners alike.Tuesday 4th January 2022
