Cheryl Archer4 StarJust bought a new kitchen which we are fitting. The staff were very helpful in advising us what we needed and arranging delivery. Delivery was excellent and the products we bought were a very good quality I have to say how much the quality B & Q products have improved.Sunday 6th February 2022

Checked item was in stock at Weymouth (which it said it was on the B&Q Web site) travelled to store and item isn't in stock and was fobbed off by some excuse for a customer service rep that it never was (I took the trouble to take a screen shot showing it in stock at Weymouth) tried every excuse in the book to fob me off. No apology nothing. Couldn't even say if other stores had stock! Fuming!Wednesday 19th January 2022
