Was treated poorly . Went in to try and find some wood and wanted it to be cut. We found the wood and waited patiently near the wood cutting station for our wood to be cut , 45 minuets go by and we are told that the wood cutting station is going to be off for a hour because the gentleman cutting needed to go in his brake . In that 44 minuets we had only seen this man once when he served another customer who had been waiting a good 15 minuets before his wood was cut. We was told there was no one else who could cut for us . The gent was quite rude shaking his head , giving question hand signals and shrugging his shoulders , after we were told we could not get our wood cut we left and he started sniggering with either a loyal customer or another member of staff.

A gigantic store larger than an aircraft hangar but sells most things including soft furnishings. Takes a while to navigate around the numerous aisles so allow plenty of time for your visit. Lots of free car parking. Refresments and toilets available.

A big shop for garden items as well as household products. You can find many perfect and lovely pieces making your home much more cozy and afresh. Love to stroll around for half a day.

Have an open complaint with this store for more than 2 months! Customer services send the same response to every email: sorry it has now been esculated and the store will get in touch in 24-48 hours. Longest 24-48 hours ever! Disgusting
