. Overall Joe & his colleague were on time, equipped with the right tools ( explained clearly what and how they would carry out the work for the day .
Both Joe and his assistant were very knowledgeable and managed to identify the various spillages and marks on the carpets and thus got all the marks off in good time and to a very professional standard .
