We're very easy to find. Leave the A39 via the Abbotsham Roundabout, taking the southeasterly exit onto Clovelly Road. Follow the road until you come to the Affinity Devon Outlet Shopping Centre crossroads with traffic lights. Go straight ahead at the lights, then after 150 metres turn left into our dedicated car park.

You can also catch the number 75 or 75A bus from Stop B at Bideford Quay towards Bideford, alighting at the Affinity Outlet Devon stop after around 15 minutes.

The lady I spoke to in the actual store who's name is Leah in the bideford store was exceptional in her serve to me. She not only was very pleasant polite and professional but she went above and beyond to help me by ringing other stores to see if there were any trees in store. Thank you so very much, I think leah is a massive credit to your store

Visited this store today. What a pleasant surprise after reading these negative reviews. I can only assume some sort of personal vendetta against the management team is being carried out by some sad people with nothing better to do. I would suggest they are probably better investing their time in a) focussing on their own pathetic lives b) getting a job c) do something positive with their time, help out a local charity or something else fulfilling. The store was clean and tidy. Every member of staff that I spoke to or saw was very friendly and seemed to be enjoying there time at work. I managed to get everything I was after and the wife didn't empty our bank account doing so.

always a pleasure to pop into B&M in Bideford, the store is always spotlessly clean, the shelves are always kept neat and tidy, no rubbish on the floors, staff always pleasant...have always found the managers really helpful and polite..... great prices and choice of items.... really lucky to have a store like this in Bideford.
