The PPQM award is awarded by the Royal College of Chiropractors’ Patient Partnership Group and recognises the clinic’s excellence in meeting the expectations patients have about their chiropractic care.

We are delighted to announce the receipt of the Patients Partnership Quality Award (PPQM) and the Clinical Management Quality Mark (CMQM) awarded by the Royal College of Chiropractors, which relates to both patient satisfaction and the quality of the running of the clinics.

We were the first clinics in our areas to have achieved such an award and we are the only clinics in our areas that have managed to achieve this, which makes us extra proud of our team.

What Is Chiropractic?

We specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of nerve, muscle and joint problems particularly relating to the spine and its effect on the nervous system, which means that the symptoms can be very varied.

The most common symptoms include back pain, sciatica, neck pain, shoulder- and arm pain, and headaches, to mention a few.

Our chiropractic centres are located in Aylesbury, Northampton and Milton Keynes. All clinics have on-site x-ray facilities and there are Rehabilitation Suites at the Milton Keynes and Northampton Clinics.

All Chiropractors at the Isis clinics are qualified to worldwide accepted standards. We have completed a minimum of five years full-time degree course and take part in regular post-graduate training. 

This is to ensure that we will provide the best possible care with regard to both safety and effectiveness.

We are all members of the British Chiropractic Association and registered with the General Chiropractic Council.

We have a BUPA and AXA/PPP recognised consultant in all clinics and treatment is covered by all major insurance companies.
