Lovely building, nice and clean. On the day they claimed they didn’t do cold coffee and that we couldn’t have a panini either so had to have it on toast instead. Bit of a shame as it seemed staff were cutting corners. We ordered to get it ‘takeaway’ and they literally gave it on a paper plate! Super ridiculous! We wanted to eat it elsewhere and were pushing prams, so very annoying to have to deal with this. They should have provided paper bags, paper boxes or styrofoam boxes at least as the takeaway option! The food was nice so would go again but would be cautious as the staff was a bit standoffish
