Sarah A1 StarI don’t think this garage is trustworthy, my car couldn’t start and was brought into them by the recovery services. They then called to say the car was starting and that when they did all the diagnostics- there was nothing wrong- I was charged for their time- however I was told initially by the recovery people that it was my starter motor. My car had continued to not be able to start, I’ve now been to a different garage who have said that my starter motor was ‘shot to pieces’. The car now works fine. Carlos Silva1 StarI booked my MOT via Bookmygarage 2 weeks in advance. Arriving at the AutoFix one of the employees didn't even know they were doing MOTs, they told me to talk to someone inside the garage, who yelled at me that I can't be there "didn't you see the sign?" pointing to a sign.
At the office, the guy checked, and nothing has been booked. I showed the email, but he just shook his head, nothing more.
back home with no MOT.
Terrible communication and unhelpful.
response: First, I'm not the liar here and I'm not the first one you call a liar in these reviews. Interesting! You just lose all reason when you offend someone and don't try to help. I didn't say bad words about you.
Second I never spoke with you on phone (lie), you haven't offered me to reschedule (lie) I haven't decided to not to (lie) I haven't passed straight the signs (lie) I asked one of your guys, when outside the garage, and he told me to ask the ones inside. He directed me to go inside, then ironically your other staff told me to go to the office after bark on me when I asked him where it was. I do recommend you to check with BookMyGarage again your terms and conditions and get it better organized.Wednesday 8th September 2021
