I bought a used car from them and dealt with Darren. Very nice man. Very professional, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. The place was clean. Cars were maintained to a high standard. Darren explained everything properly and even stayed late for me so I could leave with my car on the same day. It is always daunting going into a car dealership but Darren and his colleague were very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased a lovely Q5 from Auto Now Sawston which was honestly described, well presented and resonably priced. Having luckily secured the last appointment of the day (and then enjoying a little longer out on the test drive than I probably should have!) Jon ended up staying beyond their closing time to facilitate the filling out of all the paperwork for purchase, remaining incredibly helpful throughout the process and never appearing to be put out even as the time went on. Jon was equally helpful when we collected the car and has since followed up with us to check we're happy. Safe to say we're impressed with everything from start to finish, many thanks for your help :-)
