Cameron Bools5 StarMy Grandma spent her final days here and passed away peacefully in this lovely home. It is a peaceful environment with nice rooms. The staff were absolutely incredible, and were always very pleasant and kind. Anyone would be happy being cared for by them. The catering staff were so kind in bringing us tea trays and biscuits every time we visited! The rooms seem nicely furnished and very clean may I add. Overall, a very pleasant home with brilliant staff. Can highly recommend.Thursday 20th January 2022
Nicola Culley2 StarAvoid....(unless you are on the bottom floor.) And you are of saine mind. Up staires dull, dirty, Activities void, care disgraceful. Love to keep things out of your loved ones record book. Definitely not caring staff enough staff. Definitely not caring when end of life. My poor family member didn't receive the dignity, care, love. They follow there rules. Your family member doesn't matter.
And if you have had a good experience your so bloody lucky.Thursday 17th February 2022

Pat Cassandro5 StarMy aunt is a resident in Ashton Lodge. She lives in the first floor with people suffering with dementia and the like.
Ashton Lodge is a beautiful home with angels for staff.
My aunt is extremely happy there which make me rejoice.
I take my dog to visit her and like to venture downstairs to sit near the garden. Inevitably she is greeted by staff who knew her when she stayed on the ground floor.
When my aunt was taken into hospital I called the staff and they said they missed Aunty Reda and elated when I informed them she was well enough to return home.
Aunty Reda was invited to spend Christmas with the family but said she wanted to be with her friends.
Looking after these elderly people is not easy but the staff have so much patience. I admire them immensely. It is a happy home.
Charity is in charge. What a lovely compassionate beautiful lady.
I thank God for ALL of them and the way they look after so many difficult people with dignity and compassion
