If I had been a direct customer and seen these reviews, I would never have used their service. My delivery unfortunately came from Amazon and therefore I did not have a choice.
I booked the day off to receive the delivery, even called the night before to double check it would arrive that day, and I was assured that in no uncertain terms it would. I then receive a text on the day to say that they had messed up and couldn't deliver. No instant rebook, no option to have the next day instead .... I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 5 DAYS FOR THEIR NEXT AVAILABLE TIME SLOT!!!!
Disgraceful company and will lodge a compliant with Amazon. Lets try to get their contract dropped and given to someone who deserves it.Friday 4th February 2022

Terrible company. Upgraded for priority collection and they still didn't turn up.
Why anyone uses this company is beyond me. Absolute joke of a place.
