Just bought a used car with Arnold Clark and was served by Ben. Ben was really friendly, professional so helpful in understanding what I was looking for and helping me find the right car. There was no pressure, like I've previously experienced at other showrooms, he explained everything and I felt at ease. The whole experience was a positive one.. the two female staff members, Julie and and a lady with brown hair (sorry I cannot remember your name) were really friendly and attentive and made sure we were supplied with brews (and biscuits throughout). The big boss Eddie also checked we were OK. Overall fantastic service, would return again 😀

Excellent experience with this branch. Within a week I drove away with the car I’d been looking for thanks to Arron. Fantastic customer service from him too. He kept in touch regularly and had my new car ready for me to pick up in no time. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re looking to part exchange your vehicle. Entirely painless and quick process!

Managed to get the vehicle in for the fault diagnosis quickly dispite being fully booked up. Diagnosed the faults quickly, and then repaired the vehicle by the following day. Helen in service was very efficient and kept me informed throughout.
