He also came back and improved the security on another door, which involved engineering skills, as he adapted brass plates to fit our unusual door, for which he charged only a modest fee. Steve came to do the job and it turned into a larger job than expected, requiring specialist tools. It took three visits to complete it, but even so Steve reassured me throughout that his original quote would still stand. Great job done and very friendly service. Would certainly use again.
