Today many estate agents in Norwich have become more about numbers and targets rather than being service-oriented and customer led. We are consistently hearing that clients call their agent only for the agent not to know who they are.

We opened our first branch in Norwich in December 2021 on Earlham Road to fill this gap in the market.

The idea is to establish an independent estate agency that provides a high level of service where clients are able to feel that they can call or come in and discuss their move without the need for an appointment and know that the agent they're talking to knows who they are.
