No help from online chat and worse phone line help I've ever experienced. I wanted to speak to a real person not a computer who ended the call twice.
Only way now of cancelling order is by not picking up items before deadline and hope they'll give me a refund.Saturday 1st May 2021

Sebastian Polke1 StarSo when you do online order they asking you for FT number and code and them for Argos card I forget my so need to go all way back home to get my Argos card this is funny because on Argos card there is no picture on so they still are not able to now if you that person which make this order when I come back give this lady my card and them she ask me again for FT number 🤣 hate this shop and funny rules which have completely no sense!Monday 8th November 2021
