Bee_ Drea1 StarAbsolutely shocked that they could let this happen. Clearly swapping out expensive items for cheap ones. I purchased a £129.99 headset and in the box was a £15 headset that they sell. Not even new, they have dirt all over the wires. Wonder how many times the staff have done this. Heartbroken and guaranteed to not go there again...:(Friday 20th May 2022

I bypassed the courier company and hand delivered a parcel for collection as I was local, so I know the plate was intact. My buyer on collection reported the parcel crushed and found the contents smashed. Clearly an Argos issue that I had to refund !!!Friday 28th January 2022
