Claire Winch1 StarI placed an order for a cash job and gave a big cash deposit when his fitter cancelled the installation due to covid they were aggressive this caused me concern about customer service therefore I cancelled order and deposit was not refunded. They did a very poor fitting job on my carpet in Sept and my 6 requests for action on this have simply been ignored. Think carefully before using Arden Carpets.
