The fitter, Chris, was accommodating and skilful providing an excellent finish. We had a specific requirement to match an unusual colour of our external timber frames and this was completed with such professionalism that the secondary glazing is almost transparent. francis kung5 StarMy tenants managed to open a window incorrectly and managed to take the whole pane out! It's worth noting Artic didn't do the original install but that didn't stop them from providing a top notch service. Jonathan checked that nothing was damaged and reinstalled the window pane. He even gave a quick tutorial on how to open the window correctly for cleaning to avoid this happening in the future. Great service!Sunday 24th April 2022

We live on a busy road and have had four windows installed to counteract the noise. It is noticeably quieter thanks to the work done. Our windows had a few complications which made other companies either give us a really high quote or refuse to install secondary windows. Jonathan gave us a fair quote for some really high quality work. A really friendly guy I cannot recommend his company enough if you need secondary glazing. Thanks Jonathan!Friday 18th March 2022
