We can highly recommend ARC for bathroom fitting.Jack replaced and re fitted our old steam shower unit and sink in our en suite shower room. He was prompt with all correspondence, upfront in informing us of when he would be available to carry out the work, and with answering any questions to enable us to make the correct purchases for the job.He commenced work on the scheduled date and time arranged. He was always very professional, efficient, friendly and polite, He informed us of the schedule of work , which was adhered to. He also ensured that he completed the work to our requirements, checking with us on anything that there were options for, also giving us good advice and ideas on alternatives, which we took up, being better than our original ideas,. He worked very cleanly and tidied up after each day's work.It The work was done on budget and within the timescale given. overall it was a good experience from start to finish, and we were delighted with the standard of work in our new shower room.

Jack and his team of exceptional skilled people have made a fantastic job of our renovations. I have had several lots of work carried out and everyone who has been to the property are very respectful helpful and considerate in all they do from the time of arrival to completion. Nothing has ever been a problem and solutions have always been found for us. The work is done at the highest standards and I would highly recommend this company for any work required in the home.

Used Jack and Dave several times now and as always, were thoroughly pleased with the work. Dave was courteous, polite and has done a fantastic job at installing new pipework and radiator into my office. Leaves the site clean and tidy. Will definitely be using Arc plumbing in the future.

I can highly recommend ARC for any plumbing and heating services. I used Jack and his team to replace a boiler and install a new bathroom. The team was professional, timely, efficient and courteous. Timelines were respected, everyone was friendly and polite, the team cleaned up after every day's of work and overall it was a pleasant experience to have ARC working at my home. Jack is skilled at informing his client of progress and he has been very transparent throughout the whole process. ARC did not deviate from their initial quote for the works, materials used were of high qualit y and the assembled team were all very professional.
