Alan was amazing from start to finish. Really professional, friendly lovely man. The bathroom looks amazing and we’re so happy with it we’ve even asked him to redo our en suite!

First time we have renovated a bathroom and was far easier than we thought with the help from Alan and Lisa. Nothing was too much to ask, all emails replied to and great communication from start to finish. The whole process went really smoothly. Extremely pleased with the outcome and so happy with our new bathroom. Alan worked really quickly, very efficient and very tidy. He kept us updated with the work he was doing day by day and was always very punctual. Would definitely recommend to everyone. A big thanks to Alan and Lisa.

We used Aqua Access to refit our en suite and couldn't be happier with the work completed. Even in the face of challenges from the building, Alan just cracked on and got the job done. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bathroom!

On a lovely Saturday afternoon we discovered to our shock and horror that our drains were blocked and close to overflowing onto the patio. A frantic search for an emergency plumber led us to Aqua Access. We dialled the 24hr emergency plumber number expecting no answer or to be told to wait a few hours. To our surprise and relief, Alan answered and said he would be round in 20 minutes. He duly arrived and cheerfully explained that he was just finishing up his lunch when I rang, and then proceeded to work on clearing the blocked drain while telling us about the area (we had just moved in a few weeks ago). Although the blockage was rather stubborn, Alan successfully unblocked the drains, for which we were most grateful. Recommended without hesitation!
