I recently rented a room with Appleby Estate Management and found the process to be very simple and honest. The communication was fast and I was able to move in very soon. Jack and Josh have been very helpful in answering all my questions, their manner of business is both professional and friendly, which made for a stress-free experience in arranging the agreement and making neogtiations. Although the room listing wasn't entirely accurate (few insignificant pieces of furniture missing, perhaps because the listing was not applicable to all rooms in the house), the photos of the room itself were just as depicted. Overall, for the price I am very happy with my experience so far.

I just rented rented out a room by Appleby property management and I couldn’t be more happier with the fast service and communication provided. Talking to them via the WhatsApp chat feature has been a boon as queries and doubts were cleared instantly and thus helped me secure the room within 24 hours.
