I have been meaning to write this for a while. Rude is an understatement. We put dresses into their business to be altered for our wedding. On collection, the alterations were terrible. The underlayer was much lower than the dress, which was not how we left them and certainly now how we wanted them. I was told to visit their home were the owner was. My wife was shouted at for even raising this by the husband and wife. My wife left in tears and the brides maid dresses ruined before the wedding Unprofessional is an understatement.

I was first disappointed with the way my suit's jacket has been ironed. But after dealing with the manager who reacted quickly and has been very comprehensive, the problem has been solved and the result is very good.
