Antiques At . . Wendover was established in 1987 and is one of the main Antiques Centres in the South of England. We have an ever‑changing collection of antique jewellery, furniture, toys, vintage clothing, books, maps, prints, gardenalia, kitchenalia, militaria, tableware, ceramics, silver etc.

Whatever your interest, it’s well worth coming for a browse…..and if you have anything you would like to sell let us know.

Our home is a large Grade II listed Tudor house in the centre of Wendover, a short walk from the railway station.

We have 16th century wall paintings, beamed ceilings and inglenook fireplaces. We even have a ghost.

Park your car in the Courtyard where you will find a varied display of garden furniture and statuary, our Tea Room,
The Barn Gallery, Artist’s Studio and Artisan Shops.

In the winter, warm yourself in front of our log fire.

See if you can guess our Monthly Mystery Object Competition. There is a £10 Gift Voucher for the winner.

Please check to confirm availability and price before travelling. The website is updated regularly, but not every day.

We welcome children, who can look for ‘Eric’ and (always) win a prize.

Take a trip down memory lane and lose yourself in this treasure trove emporium. With nooks and crannies and amazing Wall Paintings, this superb Tudor building oozes history and charm and even a resident Ghost! A warm welcome awaits you from the friendly Dealers who serve you, who are also a wealth of historical knowledge. A super day out, with individual Craft Boutiques and a Tea Room in the Courtyard - it's my favourite place to be! Love it!

Great choice, clean shop- not dusty, and a very good choice. Items were generally fairly priced.

What a find. It's expensive, because it's great stuff. The owners/assistants are fantastic. Not pushy and endless calm. My indecisiveness didn't phase them at all. But don't mistake, it's antiques so don't expect the 'I've got no personality so I go to home barn"

Don't take your excess jewellery in here to sell unless you're happy to be spoken-to rudely, humiliated, and made to feel like a beggar. (Clearly not very knowledgeable, either, identifying 19th century stuff as "1980s" and genuine Maltese filigree as "not silver".) Take your stuff to a charity shop instead, where at least you'll be treated politely.

Being local I believe in supporting local business, having spoken to the very polite ladies in the shop I was then approached by a man who I assume to be the manager or owner. He was rude, disrespectful and as such I would not support this business again. All rather unfortunate as there was huge potential in my looking to sell good items of value and quality. He needs to work on his manner when dealing with potential customers!
