Richard Harrington1 StarI would give a rating of no stars to this company if I could. My 82 year old grandmother has been miss treated by this company after being a loyal customer of over 20 years. In March 2020 she had dinning room chairs reupholstered. Unfortunately after the work the chairs were not comfortable anymore, rock hard to sit on. My grandmother has been into the shop many times to explain the problem and been told someone will call, but still to this day no call. I phoned the company myself yesterday and guess what no call back. Please would the owner of this company come back to my grandmother and sort out her problem, 16 months waiting is terrible customer service.Saturday 31st July 2021
