I launched Another Level Medispa in 2005 as one of Chelmsford’s first Beauty Aesthetic Clinics providing state of the art, innovating skincare, face and body treatments ranging from non-invasive to minimally invasive technologies. I noticed women who were growing older and wanted to stay younger but were unsure on what they should be doing next. Since it’s inception we have looked after over 11,000 clients. We have won several business awards and have sponsored various local Cancer charities as well as donated our services to help raise money for local good causes. I have thoroughly enjoyed my treatments at Another Level Medispa. The staff are all extremely friendly, the clinic is clean and tranquil. Going there was a real treat. Parminder is extremely knowledgable about the different treatments and skin products that would be suited to your own individual skin type and sensitivity. She also provides excellent advice from a holistic point of view as she cares about the results. I would like to also make a special mention to Jess one of the beauty practitioners, who was lovely to chat to also very knowledgeable and very reassuring.

Went in for a universal countour wrap and scalp massage. Everyone was friendly on arrival and no waiting around. The lady that completed my treatments was lovely and professional. Made sure I was comfortable and had water throughout my treatments. Salon was clean and COVID measures in place so felt comfortable throughout my treatments.

5 star rating for this salon have been embarrassed for years about a fungal nail infection I've had and felt like I tried every thing. I then saw this spa advertised online and rang and spoke to the manager Perminder who was very helpful. I had a course of treatments with Jess who again was so helpful and made me feel completely at ease when attending the salon. I have my first pedicure in years booked in with Jess and I wouldn't go with any other salon. Fantastic service and professionalism.

I've been having a course of laser hair removal here for a while now and I couldn't recommend both the treatment and staff enough; it has worked fantastically so I'm really pleased with the results! Everyone comes across as really professional and knowledgeable about the treatments, and Jess in particular has been so lovely and brilliant throughout, easily 5 stars.

Had my first ever luxury manicure, luxury pedicure and full body massage here today. It is warm and welcoming from entry to finish. Staff are very polite and made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatments. Absolutely loving my nails! And the massage was extremely relaxing - and helpful to learn that I had very tight muscles in some areas. The masseuse spoke to me about stretching out my muscles before workouts, which was nice to hear she was taking an interest in making me feel better. I enjoyed the whole experience and even though it was my first, I feel I wouldn't need to go anywhere else for future treatments! A very nice added extra was that I was a bit hungry after all that pampering, and on my receipt they gave me 20% off at the cafe downstairs! Brilliant service throughout and couldn't recommend it more! Thank you to all at another level medispa and cafe, it was wonderful!
