Martin Cutler3 StarWe’ve just bought a front door and back door from Andy Glass Windows. The quality of the doors is good and they were installed by competent and friendly staff. However we found the operation of the lock that came with the front door rather impractical. We were then advised that alternative locks are available and AGW swapped one for our original lock. To our surprise we were then charged for the replacement lock, despite not having been told of the choices when we ordered the door. So we have now paid for two locks when AGW could easily have re-used our original lock on another door. My advice to anyone dealing with this company is to check the contract very carefully before signing on the dotted line.

The first replacement lock was one that had been rejected by another customer. Its mechanism was loose and it couldn't be properly registered for security and obtaining extra keys if needed.
I was told that you would incur a cost for another lock but didn't think for a moment that you'd expect me to pay for it. My order was £3,700 for two doors and I still can't understand why you are charging me an extra £40 to change the lock to one that we prefer. Especially as you didn't explain the alternatives when the door was ordered and now appear to be blaming me for not asking!
This isn't the attitude that I expect from a reputable company.Friday 29th July 2022
richard wharton4 StarFollowing a successful visit to the showroom and prompt quote being received went ahead and placed order to replace all windows, patio and front doors. Survey went smoothly. Installers cleaned up each day and were friendly and easy to get on with.
Some issues were experienced during and following the installation, some of these were outside of Andy Glass Windows control. These issues were discussed and resolved.
Overall we are pleased with the installation and have received many compliments regarding the Resurgence Flash Sash windows and Palladio door.Tuesday 28th June 2022

Andy Colwell simply couldn't have been more knowledgable & helpful. I am delighted with both the product & the service.
