Worst Amazon I've been to.You never find anyone at the gate especially at night.They are always on their break.How do they go for breaks and leave no one at the gate to attend to drivers?After being on the road for that long ,you just wanna drop off the trailer and leave but not with this one.ANNOYING.

Loaded here last night for North Wales. It got rejected as they said it was Hazmat so I ran straight back down with it. Parked outside as it was closed. Went in to unload this afternoon but was told its not coming back in here. The child in the office, sorry woman who started to talk like me in a northern accent. (I don't think how stupid she made herself look) and when she said what she had to say just walked away to her computer and totally ignored me. Another member of staff seen this and come to my assistance. 5 minutes later they started to unload me. XPO you need to look at what you employ a little closer. PS. hope it's my first and last visit to this place.

Security needs to learn some manners. And it's about time they had the security gate fixed so you can ring the bell for attention not have to ring reception on your phone when carrying heavy goods. Common sense really.
